Our role and region
COORDINARE is the South Eastern NSW Primary Health Network (PHN). Our role is to improve the health and wellbeing of our community which is one of the largest rural and regional populations in NSW.
Our region stretches from Helensburgh in the north to the Victorian border in the south and inland to Cooma / Monaro, Queanbeyan, Yass and Goulburn.

Free mental health phone support now available across Australia

COORDINARE – South Eastern NSW PHN is encouraging community members to take the first step toward better mental health with the Medicare Mental Health Phone Service, a free and confidential service from the Australian Government.

Better access to health support for women and children in crisis accommodation in South Eastern NSW
10 December 2025
Survivors of family, domestic and sexual violence (FDSV) in crisis accommodation will have easier access to health support in Eurobodalla, Goulburn and the Shoalhaven thanks to Connect Well, a partnership between local services and COORDINARE – South Eastern NSW PHN.
