Justine has worked for over 30 years within the broader Australian health care system holding a variety of leadership and executive positions in the public, private, NGO and University sectors. She holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Public Health Association Australia (PPHA) as well as the Australian College of Service Executives (FACHE).
As a consultant over the last 10 years, Justine has provided strategy, research, policy, review and strategic communications expertise to Australia’s acute primary care public and private health sectors including to the Department of Health and Aged Care, NSW Health, Bupa, the NSW Mental Health Commission, Primary Health Networks (PHNs), the National Health Medical and Research Council (NHMRC), the Mindgardens Neuroscience Network, University of Technology (UTS) and Healthy Bones Australia (HBA) as its’ National Public Health Adviser.
Justine has a strong ongoing commitment and passion to achieving health equity and improving the health and well-being of her local communities experiencing vulnerability, particularly related to women, the homeless and youth.
